Our latest project has been designing and building a home in Louisville, CO. While we love our current home, we are excited to build a new home exactly how we want. The lot we purchased was unfortunately left vacant by the Marshall Fire, and is located on a cul-de-sac near Harper Lake. We purchased the lot in May 2023, and have been working with Diverge Homes and Stewart Architecture to design the home. We expect to break ground in March 2024, and move-in in summer 2025.
Our Plans
We plan to build a two-story home with a finished basement. The lot slopes downhill, providing us with a walk-out basement with lots of natural light.
The Main Level
The Kitchen
Designed by the greatest of all time, the kitchen is the center-point of our home.
We’re building a 100% electric home, so we’ll have an induction stove and electric ovens.
The Upper Level
Our primary suite is one big room, featuring armiore cabinets for storage.
The Basement
Our walk-out basement will provide a comfortable living space for watching TV and for our guest bedroom. The under-stair closet is where the IT gear will live.
